Instructional design is all about teaching – working with knowledge and learning. One of the articles I have used to think about this is by Cook and Brown – Bridging Epistemologies: The Generative Dance between Organizational Knowledge and Organizational Knowing S.D.N. Cook and J.S. Brown.
