Learning | Change Consulting is led by Steve Schatz. With over 25 years experience, Steve has worked with hundreds of individuals and organizations large and small, including Acer, Coca-Cola, Astound, the US Navy, the Atlanta Visitor’s Bureau, Astound, the CT Coalition for the Homeless, and Massachusettes Rehabilitation Commission.
We work with individuals, small businesses, not for profits, and world-wide corporations. We provide coaching and training for CEO’s and line workers. We evaluate organizatoinal communication and develolp change initiatives to real goals faster and more effectively with a higher ROI.
Puling theory from business, social networking, psychology, learning theory, communications systems, and systems theory, we develop interventions that do not fit the usual mold. They work.
We assemble teams for projects, drawing from diverse personnel to bring together a group that meets the unique needs of an organization. We enable people and organizations to work more effectively, understand where they want to go, and develop measures so they know how well they are progressing toward those goals. a powerful combination of theory and practice to identify and understand problems and develop solutions to enable organizations to learn, change and grow. Our specialty is finding the most cost effective solution for difficult problems.
With a BA in government, graduate work in survey research and a PhD in Instructional Systems and Information Systems, Schatz is grounded in the humanities, organizational science and technical systems. Steve has taught on the graduate level at the University of Hartford and University of Massachusetts, Boston.
In his free time, he has authored five novels for YA, middle grade and adult readers.
